BAIL APPLN. 2456/2019 2.

The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying for an anticipatory bail in FIR No.0441/2019, under Section 420 of the IPC, registered with PS Tilak Nagar.

It is the petitioner's case that she was working with one M/s Laxmi Finance and Investment Company, which is a sole proprietorship concern of one Mr Satish Chanana. The petitioner has been named as an accused in the said FIR. It is alleged that M/s Laxmi Finance and Investment Company had cheated the complainant by accepting money for sale of a plot of land, which was not available.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The

petitioner is granted anticipatory bail on furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and a surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigation Officer (IO). This is subject to the following further conditions:- a) That the petitioner shall join the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer on 30.09.2019 at 11:00 AM and on all further dates as required.

b) That she shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without due intimation to the IO.

Needless to state that if any of the conditions are violated, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand revoked. 6.

The State is also granted liberty to apply for cancellation of this order in the event a need is so felt.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
