The petitioner has filed this application for the following reliefs: "(I) Issuance of Order Or Writ of Mandamus Directing R-1 to R-3 To Do Demarcation And Removal Of Encroachment On Delhi Government Land Situated At Khasra No.690, village Jaitpur, Tehsil Sarita Vihar, South East Delhi, Area Three Bighas And Two Biswas And Adjacent Government Land Khasra No.689/1 Total Area Fisteen Biswas.

(II) To Direct R-1 To Order For Enquiry And Other Legal Proceedings Against Encroachment On Government Land By Private Respondents In This Petition."

As the land in question is admittedly not the petitioner's land but government land, Mr. Shiv Shankar Parashar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the captioned writ petition. He submits that the petitioner will institute a public interest litigation, if so advised, after complying with the formalities under the Delhi High Court (Public Interest Litigation) Rules, 2010.
