This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal ["the Tribunal"] which is in seisin of disputes between the parties.

It is stated in the petition that the mandate of the Tribunal was extended, by mutual consent of parties, for a period of six months and has expired on 07.06.2024.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed, and the mandate of the Tribunal is extended for a period five months from 07.06.2024.
