This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of a Memorandum of Understanding dated 21.08.2013. 2.
The learned Arbitrator was appointed pursuant to an order dated 02.08.2022 passed in ARB. P. 775/2022. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator will expire on 16.07.2024.
