This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 ("the 1996 Act") for extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator presently in seisin of the dispute between the parties. 2.
The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is stated to be expiring on 16 July 2024. Extension of six months is sought. 3.
Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4.
