In view of the stand taken by the respondent-Corporation, more specifically in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the status report, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to avail appropriate alternate legal remedy in accordance with law.

He, however, submits that before the status report was supplied to him, he was not aware of notices/orders stated to have been passed against the petitioner.

He, therefore, seeks for condonation of delay, in case he avails the alternate remedy.

Bearing in mind the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court, at this stage, only grants the liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for seeking condonation of delay before the concerned authority.

The Court is of the opinion that if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. Leaving all contentions open, the instant petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.
