This is an application seeking that the documents furnished by the petitioner as a pre-condition to travel to the United Kingdom between 01.02.2025 to 15.02.2025, be returned to the petitioner. These include: i) FDR bearing deposit no. 4149969495 for the amount of Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Five Crores Only) with Kotak Mahindra Bank; ii) Original title deeds of property worth Rs. 53.89 Crores in Calangute, Bardez, Goa; and iii) Petitioner's Wife's passport bearing no.Z5526975. 2.

Considering the averments made in the application and considering that the petitioner has completed the travel in compliance with the directions of this Court, the application is allowed.

The concerned documents are directed to be released to the petitioner expeditiously.
