In view of the facts and circumstances and submissions made above it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:- i.

pass a writ/order/direction/instruction in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent to install the independent electricity connection at the first floor of the property bearing No.744, situated in Khasra No.178/558, Near Kanya Pathsala, Rabbu Pada, Burari, Delhi area measuring 100 Sq. Yds. of the petitioner.

Any other order / relief / direction may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and proper according to fact and circumstance of the present case.

Learned counsel for the respondent states, in the month of December 2016 the electricity meter has been energised. She states possibly for that reason, there was/is no representation for the petitioner on April 24, 2017, November 07, 2017 and even today.
