The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to set aside the Order dated 17.05.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Vacation Judge vide which the Respondent was granted Interim Bail for a period 90 days from his release.

It is submitted that as per the Guidelines dated 04.05.2021 of the High Power Committee, the Respondent was not entitled to Interim Bail for the offence under Sections 419/420/468/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 66C and 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 3.

It is, therefore, submitted that the Interim Bail granted to the Respondent be cancelled.

Interim Bail period, the Respondent had surrendered himself before the Jail Authority and thereafter, he has been admitted to Regular Bail under the said FIR.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Respondent, nothing further survives in the present Petition, which is hereby disposed of as infructuous.
