The petitioner in the instant petition seeks for the following relief:- "A. Direct the Respondent to grant the electricity connection at the property of the petitioner bearing H. No. RZ CD-82, (Old Plot No. 30), Khasra No. 11/16/2, situated in the area of Village Mirzapur, Palam, New Delhi.
B. Pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent." 2.
The facts of the case indicate that a civil suit with respect to the premises in question is already instituted by Ms. Madhu. In any case, there is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner has approached the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum or the Ombudsman. 3.

efficacious, the writ petition may not be entertained. 4.
Accordingly, reserving right in favour of the petitioner to take necessary recourse in accordance with law for ventilation of his grievance before the alternate forum, the instant petition stands disposed of along with pending application.
