Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the protection has been granted by the SHO/Beat Constable in terms of the Order dated 04.07.2025. 2.

It is submitted that the expected date of delivery is 29.10.2025. Consequently, the protection may be accordingly extended. The Medical Certificate submitted in this regard in the Court today, be taken on record. 3.

In view of the submissions made the Respondent is directed to continue the protection as directed vide Order dated 04.07.2025. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of along with pending Application(s).
