% 10.02.2016 In view of the fact that this Court does not have pecuniary jurisdiction as the suit is valued below Rs.2 crores or even Rs.1 crore, the suit plaint is returned for filing in the competent court of pecuniary jurisdiction.

This is so stated because pendente lite mesne profits or damages are not the amounts which can be added to be the amounts claimed as on the date of filing of the suit.
