The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner- Kumar Electronics under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking release of eligible refund to the tune of Rs.26,15,117/- along with pendente lite interest. 3.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent submits that the refund is under process.

Accordingly, let the refund be effected within four weeks. 5.

If there is any dispute on the amount of refund being released, the Petitioner is free to avail of his remedies in accordance with law. 6.
