O R D E R

Learned counsels for both the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved the matter with the assistance of Mr. Satyam Thareja, learned amicus curiae. As per the said settlement, the appellants, who have already deposited Rs.13,00,000/- with this Court in terms of order dated 17th March, 2011, shall pay a further amount of Rs.4,44,533/- to the respondent in full and final settlement within a period of six weeks from today. 2.

The settlement between the parties is taken on record. In terms of the said settlement, the appellants shall deposit Rs.4,44,533/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch by means of a cheque drawn in the name of UCO Bank A/c Sneha Arora.

Upon the aforesaid deposit being made, UCO Bank shall keep a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in fixed deposit for a period of one year and the balance amount be transferred to the savings bank account of respondent. 4.

Since the respondent is bedridden and unable to go to the bank, the

respondent's father Desh Raj Arora was looking after her. The respondent's father, Desh Raj Arora has also expired and the respondent's sister Anju Arora is now looking after the respondent. In that view of the matter, the FDR shall be in the name of the respondent through her sister Anju Arora and the monthly interest on the FDR shall be transferred to the savings bank account of respondent through her sister Anju Arora. 5.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

Appellant No.1's wife Ms.Sanjeeda Ansari and the respondent sister, Anju Arora, present in Court with their counsels, shall sign the order sheet before leaving the Court.

This Court appreciates the assistance rendered by learned counsels for both the parties as well as Mr. Satyam Thareja, learned amicus curiae. 8.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
