M.A. 7629/2017 (condonation of delay) After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the applications seeking restoration of the writ petition and the application for condonation of delay in its filing submitting that he would instead file a revision petition before the court of sessions against the order which was sought to be assailed through writ petition that had been dismissed in default on 13.02.2017. The applications Crl. M.A. Nos.7628/2017 and 7629/2017 are dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner's right to approach the revisional court would be subject to law on limitation.
