O R D E R

% 26.02.2020 Learned counsel for the parties states that the parties have entered into a settlement dated February 25, 2020, which stipulates that the decreetal amount shall be paid to the decree holder in instalments, the last cheque being dated August 01, 2020.

Mr. Manish Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the judgment debtor states that the cheques as given to the decree holder shall be honoured.

I dispose of the petition taking on record the submission made by Mr. Srivastava and also the settlement agreement dated February 25, 2020.
