% 18.02.2026 CM APPL. 11192/2026 (For the release of amount ₹30,000 along with accrued interest in the form of FDR lying with Registrar General of this court in the favour of Shri Pradeep Kumar) in W.P.(C)-8031/2021 CM APPL. 11256/2026 (For release of amount ₹1,50,000/- along with interest in favour of Respondent) in W.P.(C)-10566/2019 1.

At the outset, learned counsels appearing for the parties state that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2025, before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, a copy of which has been placed on record. with and the last remaining balance amount of Rs.30,000/- and Rs.1,50,000/- in W.P.(C) 8031/2021 and W.P.(C) 10566/2019 respectively lying deposited with the Registry of this Court may be released to the respondents-workmen. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitions along with pending applications are disposed of with the directions to the Registry to release the aforesaid amount of Rs.30,000/- and Rs.1,50,000/- along with accrued interest thereupon to the respondents-workmen.

The parties are made bound by the settlement. 4.
