Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant matters were mentioned before the Division Bench and bearing in mind the fact that almost similar matters are being listed before the Division Bench bearing W.P.(C) 7594/2018 and W.P.(C) 9617/2022, the Division Bench orally observed for hearing of these matters alongwith W.P.(C) 7594/2018 and W.P.(C) 9617/2022.
