O R D E R

% 07.05.2025 Acting in the capacity as the taxation officer, I was to determine the costs incurred by the plaintiff in this suit. In the light of the various directions passed by the undersigned, the plaintiff had filed the legal-charges invoices, vide diary no. 2901338/2025 and the statement of costs, vide diary no. 1542166/2025. They were perused, whereby the claim of the plaintiff seeking the costs @ Rs.63,45,820.77/- (Sixty Three lakhs, Forty Five thousand, eight hundred twenty and seventy seven paise only) appears to be reasonable and justified. Those are accordingly granted in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant.

The registry shall now complete the necessary formalities for the preparation of the final decree.
