As a matter of record, Petitioner has already availed the remedy of filing a statutory appeal under Section 18(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. 4.

In my view, it would be appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible and not later than two months from today. Copy of the order shall be communicated to the Petitioner, who will be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law in case of any surviving grievance. Petition as well as pending application stand disposed of.
