CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

% 16.05.2018 Notice.
Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.
Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and accept notice. They have been identified by ASI Hawa Singh of police station Nihal Vihar. Petitioners and private respondents have settled their disputes of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise Deed dated 26th October, 2017.
Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have already received the entire settled amount and they have no objection in case FIR no. 33/2010 under Sections 323/341/34 IPC
registered at police station Nihal Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and private respondents, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
