The present Writ Petition under Articles 226 read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, in FIR No. 115/2021 under Sections 302/120B/174A/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Nangloi, Delhi, with the prayer that the trial court be directed to conduct the trial expeditiously. 4.

01.03.2021 and the charges have been framed on 07.12.2021. Since then only three witnesses have been examined after 36 witnesses. It is submitted that the learned trial court be directed to dispose of it expeditiously. 5.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State, submits that the delay in the trial was on account of the absconding of the petitioner. The trial is being conducted as expeditiously as is possible. 7.
In view of the given circumstances, the learned ASJ is hereby directed to give enblock dates giving schedule of the witnesses to be recorded on the particular date and an endeavour be also made to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

The Petition is hereby disposed of.
