% 17.03.2025 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] The petitioner sought directions to register FIR, to take action against police, to direct demolition of a construction, to direct restoration of the subject property, to direct payment of user charges and to direct not to create third party interest. In the current proceedings and jurisdiction, only registration of FIR could be directed. That has already been done according to both sides and FIR No. 253/2024 for offences under Section 380/420/467/468/417/120B IPC has already been registered by PS K.N. Katju Marg. Further, even the chargesheet followed by supplementary chargesheet also already stand filed. That being so, the present petition has become infructuous and the petition as well as the accompanying application are disposed of.
