This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 1(4) of the CPC on behalf of the Plaintiff for withdrawal of the suit. 2.

The present suit is one for recovery of Rs.2,83,50,000/- along with pendete lite and future interest @ 18% per annum. 3.

It is stated by the Plaintiff that with the intervention of family and friends, he has decided to withdraw the present suit. 4.

The Plaintiff is present in Court today. He undertakes that this application has been filed by him without any undue influence or coercion. He states that he has read and understood the contents of the present application and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present suit. 5.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
