Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for issuance of direction to EOW to file the details of money deposited by all accused persons including the King Pin Meghraj.

The record shows that the Petition has already been dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 30.01.2024. No application for restoration of the Petition has been filed. No such direction sought by the Petitioner can be granted at this stage.

Pertinently, learned Prosecutor has submitted that the various amounts have been submitted by the accused persons at the time of grant of bail. The details would, therefore, be already on record. 4.

No further directions are required to be made in the application. In any case, the Application is not maintainable and is accordingly, dismissed.
