These petitions have been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"] for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of Application Forms for Provisional Reservation of Apartments dated 28.06.2016.

The respondent has taken an objection that the seat of the arbitration is in Mumbai, and the petitioners had also earlier approached O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 484/2023 and connected matter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Bombay High Court for appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11 of the Act.

After some hearing, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions. He reserves the petitioners right to take all contentions available to them before the jurisdictional High Court, either in opposition to petitions filed by the respondent under Section 29A of the Act, or by invoking such other remedies as they may have in law.

The petitions, along with pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
