As the charges already stand framed against the applicant, this application has been rendered infructuous.

The same is disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to move an application before the learned Trial Court for grant of bail. 3.

In the meantime, the interim protection granted to the applicant by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2022 shall stand extended for a further period of four weeks. The learned Trial Court shall consider the application, if any, filed by the applicant on its own merits. 4.

As the learned counsel for the complainant opposes the grant of bail to the applicant, he may make his submission before the learned Trial Court in case the application is so moved by the applicant seeking bail.
