The petitioner has filed the present application seeking leave of this Court to place on record an Additional/Supplementary Report dated 11.07.2025 submitted by the Expert Committee constituted by the respondent. 2.

It is submitted that the aforementioned Supplementary Report contains findings based on inspection of preserved components of the collapsed bridge, carried out on 01.07.2025 and 02.07.2025 and was subsequently received by the petitioner on 14.07.2025, i.e. after the conclusion of the final hearing dated 08.07.2025.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed. The Additional/ Supplementary Report dated 11.07.2025 is taken on record.
