This appeal is preferred on behalf of the Appellant laying a challenge to judgment and decree dated 30.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Tis Hazari Court in CS(DJ) 612202/2016 titled S. Manmohan Singh v. S. Sadhu Singh and Ors.

Counsels for the parties jointly submit that all disputes inter se the parties have been amicably resolved and settled and Memorandum of Understanding has been executed on 21.01.2025 and therefore as per the terms of settlement the appeal is to be withdrawn. 3.

All parties are present in Court and confirm their signatures on the Memorandum of Understanding executed on 21.01.2025, copy of which is handed over and taken on record. In light of the settlement, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the settlement between the parties along with the pending applications.
