The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners urges the Court that the present petitions may also be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2025 in batch of petitions, lead case being W.P.(C) 5369/2025 titled as Teachers Training College Mirza vs. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr.

Mr. Anuj Kapoor and Ms. Geetanjali Mohan, learned counsels appearing on behalf of respondents/NCTE submit that they have no objection in case such an order is passed.

In view of the above, the present petitions along with pending applications are disposed of in terms of order dated 15.12.2025, the benefit of which shall also enure to the present petitioners.
