The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a. Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, or order directing the Respondent No. 1 - Registrar of Companies to decide the Petitioner's aforesaid Complaint dated 26.11.2021 in relation to Red Express Transport Services Limited & proceed thereto in a time bound manner as per the provisions of and/or in accordance with the law; and b. pass such further order or grant relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Counter affidavit has been filed by the Respondent No.1. 3.

It is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 that a petition has been filed by the Petitioner before the National Company Law Tribunal claiming the very same reliefs as has been prayed for in the present Writ Petition.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Writ Petition, before the NCLT. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
