% 03.02.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is according to him is permitted to suit property top floor of property bearing no. Plot No. 5, Khasra No. 651/151/2/3/5, Maa Kalyani Kunj, Near CC Colony, Gur Mandi Village, Delhi.

On advance notice counsel for respondent no.2 has put in appearance. Her submission is that illegal deviations in the property have been noted. Work stop notice had been sent to respondent no.3 (Local SHO). All actions in accordance with law shall be initiated and completed. This submission of respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Respondent no. 2 will co-ordinate with respondent no.3 to comply with the order. Needless to state that any adverse order passed against the private respondent shall be

passed after due intimation.

No further orders are called for.
