Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "i. Issue Writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing/setting aside the Email communication dated 11.05.2022 sent by the Respondent No. 1 - Registrar of Companies informing the Petitioner that his Complaint against ATC Softway Solutions Private Limited "is being closed", as being baseless, illegal, & arbitrary;

ii. Issue Writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing/setting aside the Email communication dated 07.07.2022 sent by the Respondent No. 1 - Registrar of Companies informing the Petitioner that his Complaint against ATC Softway Solutions Private Limited was closed on 11.05.2022, as being baseless, illegal, & arbitrary;

iii. Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, or order directing the Respondent No. 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. - Registrar of Companies to decide Petitioner's Complaint dated 26.11.2021 on its merits & proceed thereon as per the provisions of and/or in accordance with the law; and iv. To pass such further order or grant relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that, at this juncture, the Petitioner would be satisfied with an Order directing the Respondent No.1 to treat the present Writ Petition as a representation and pass necessary directions.

Accordingly, the Respondent No.1 is requested to consider the present Writ Petition as a representation and dispose it of in accordance with law. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
