% 19.10.2016 Ms. Manisha Singh, the learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 24.08.2016 passed in a batch of writ petitions, the lead petition being: LPA No. 410/2014, titled: Smt. Shashi Kiran & Os. Vs Union of India & Ors. would be applicable in the petitioner's case also. Accordingly, the pensionary benefits under OM dated 01.05.1987 shall be released to the petitioner within eight weeks from today. The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
