% 16.02.2016 Issue notice. Ms Nandita Rao, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.), accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent. The SHO of the Police Station- Vasant Kunj (North), Delhi, has filed a status report in court today. The same is taken on record. A perusal of the same reveals that the petitioner is compulsorily required to attend classes for a period of four days in every academic year. It has further been verified that the said classes which the petitioner is required to attend are scheduled to be held from 04.03.2016 to 07.03.2016 and the ensuing examination is due to be held on 19.05.2016.

On instructions, Ms Nandita Rao, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.), states that the representation for parole filed on behalf of the petitioner which is pending before the competent authority shall be disposed of in accordance with law under intimation to the petitioner within a period of four working days from today in the light of the status report on record.

Ordered accordingly.

The present petition is disposed of with the above direction whilst reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this court afresh in the event he is aggrieved by the determination made by the competent authority on his representation seeking parole on the above stated ground. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
