The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the representation of the petitioner has since been decided by order dated 30.09.2025. He submits that the department has rejected the petitioner's request for grant of sanction to prosecute SI Madan Lal.

Considering the above, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a substantive petition challenging the order dated 30.09.2025.

Let a copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner by the concerned Investigating Officer.
