By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks directions that the investigation in the present case be monitored or transferred to another Officer.

During the course of submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the Investigating Officer did not take immediate steps to arrest the respondent despite the issuance of Non Bailable Warrants by the Court. He further states that the Investigating Officer has not taken any steps with respect to the fact that the present applicant is continued to be shown as Director in the company.

Mr. Bhandari, learned ASC for the State on the other hand has stated that applicant has failed to show the particular aspect on which the investigation is lacking. He further states that investigation is complete and charge-sheet will be filed within three months. 4.

That insofar as the applicants/ petitioners' grievance relating to the company is concerned, he is at liberty to seek remedies as may be available to him under law.

Considering that the petitioner has failed to show any infraction or lacking in the investigation, this court is not inclined to entertain the present petition, the same is accordingly dismissed.
