The present petition has been filed by the petitioner invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking direction to lift preventive lien from the petitioner‟s bank accounts. Additionally, the petitioner seeks protection from any coercive action being taken. 2.
