Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months for the reasons stated therein. 2.

It is informed that the application was forwarded to the concerned authorities on 09.05.2025. Subsequently, further information was sought by the concerned authority, which was duly furnished on 29.05.2025. 3.

Despite the same, a period of more than three months has elapsed, and no final decision has been taken on the application. 4.

In these circumstances, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the competent authority to take a final decision on the aforesaid application. 5.

Accordingly, the concerned authority is directed to decide the application within a period of two weeks from today. 6.
