O R D E R

% 15.02.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of four weeks on the ground that the marriage of his niece is to be performed on 18th February, 2018.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed by the State verifying the factum of marriage of petitioner's niece namely Sonika on 18th February, 2018. It has also been verified that the petitioner's family comprises of his daughter who is already married and living with the husband.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted parole twice in the year 2017 one by this Court and again by Govt. of NCT of Delhi w.e.f 22nd April, 2017 and 14th July, 2017 respectively. There W.P.(CRL) 435/2018

is no allegation that the petitioner misused the concession granted to him. Considering the status report and nominal roll this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000 with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate.

Petition is disposed of.
