% 15.02.2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he had no information about the order dated 13.01.2016 passed by learned Trial Court whereby notice under Section 251 of the Cr P C has been framed and the application of petitioner under Section 145(2) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, has been allowed. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh. Permission is granted with liberty, as prayed for. Accordingly, instant petition along with miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn.
