The present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ("BNSS"), has been preferred by the Petitioner seeking following reliefs:
"(a) Issue writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent/State to find/recover and produce (Shekhar Saharan) husband of petitioner before this Hon'ble Court.
(b) Pass any further order or directions which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned Standing Counsel has handed over a Status Report, which is taken on record. The Status Report indicates that the husband of the Petitioner was stated to have been missing since 12.05.2025, however, as per the report from the Foreigners Regional Registration Office, it has been confirmed that the husband of the Petitioner left for UK on 11.05.2025 via Flight No.AI-2017. The said report is received in a sealed cover.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.

It is always open for the Petitioner to take appropriate steps as permissible under law.
