The present application is filed under section 438, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for the grant of pre-arrest bail on behalf of the applicant, in FIR bearing no. 0484/2023, dated 06.09.2023, registered under sections 308/323/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at P.S. Maidan Garhi, Delhi. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in the present case is almost complete and the chargesheet will be filed within a period of two weeks. He on instructions further submits that the custody of the applicant, at this stage, is not required.

It is also pointed out that this Court by an order dated 06.10.2023, had granted interim protection to the applicant. 4.
Considering the above, it is directed that the applicant, in the event of arrest, be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. for a sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the concerned SHO, on the following conditions:
i.
The applicant shall join and cooperate with investigation as and when directed by the IO; ii.
The applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court;
iii.
The applicant shall not contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence in any manner;
iv.
The applicant shall give his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times.

In the event of there being any FIR/DD entry/ complaint lodged against the applicant, it would be open to the State to seek redressal, by way of seeking cancellation of bail. 6.
It is also made clear that the observations made in the present case are only for the purpose of considering the bail application and should not influence the outcome of the trial and also not be taken as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.

In view of the above, the application is allowed, in the aforementioned terms.
