% 13.07.2017 These proceedings are in continuation of order dated 03.05.2017. Ms. Anushree Singh, Associate Prosthetist and Orthotist is present for and on behalf of M/s. Ottobock Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. She submits that revised quotation has been issued and that arrangement shall be made for fitment of the prosthetic artificial limb for the claimant (the first respondent) at an early date.

Needful shall be done and compliance report submitted before the tribunal both by the said company and the claimant within thirty days of today.

If tax had to be deducted at source (from the interest component of the amount) under the law from the amount deposited by the insurance company in terms of the orders of this court, as is submitted, the insurance company has the liberty to approach the tribunal for needful corrective action. For any premature release of the amount put in fixed deposit receipts for the benefit of the claimant, as is also urged, she may also approach the tribunal for appropriation consideration and revised directions. These proceedings are closed and the appeal stands disposed of. R.K.GAUBA, J.
