The learned APP for the State submits that he has filed the status report, which states as under:- "That as per the investigation conducted so far and scrutiny of documents on record, it was found that the complainant company M/s Bihani Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. is in the business of supply of PVC compounds, plastic granules and other ancillary products. On the other hand, the alleged company M/s Integrated Caps Pvt. Ltd. was in the business of manufacturing of crown caps and other products. In his complaint, the complainant Mr. Ajay Bag admitted that his company started supplying material to the alleged company from the year 2015. The complainant has also admitted that the alleged company cleared the bills/invoices raised till January, 2017. However, the invoices to the tune of Rs.
76,42,676/- were not cleared by the alleged company with respect to the products supplied by the complainant company during the period of March, 2017 to July, 2017. During investigation, the matter has been found to be a dispute between the complainant and alleged company over the issue of non-payment of outstanding dues which The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

It is pertinent to mention here that in the year 2018, a petition regarding Corporate Insolvency was filed before Hon'ble NCLT titled "Bal Pratap Srikent Vs. Integrated Caps Pvt. Ltd." vide (IB)-74(ND)/2018 which was allowed on 06.03.2018 and the company M/s Integrated Caps Pvt. Ltd. stands dissolved (liquidated)."

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
