1. The present batch of writ petitions seek to assail the order dated 28.04.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in a batch of O.As including O.A. No. 1264/2023.

The petitioners also assail the order dated 04.09.2023, vide which the learned Tribunal has rejected their review applications.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, for the present, the petitioners would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to finalize the draft Recruitment Rules for the post of 'Supervisor (Women), Grade-I' in the Department of Women and Child Development, GNCTD in a time bound manner and they be granted liberty to approach this Court again, if the need so arises.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to this limited prayer being made.

4. In the light of this stand taken by the parties and the admitted position that the finalization of the draft Recruitment Rules has been pending consideration with the respondents since April, 2021, this limited prayer sought by the petitioners deserves to be allowed. 5. It is further made clear that once the said Rules are finalized, it will be open for the petitioners to seek their promotional avenues in accordance with these Rules or, if aggrieved, assail the said Rules as per law.
