CRL.REV.P. 136/2017 & CRL.M.A.2541/2017 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no evidence qua against the present petitioner; however, charge has been framed. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall withdraw the present petition and the Tiral Court be directed to proceed with the matter expeditiously as the petitioner is facing investigation and trial for the last ten years.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the Court below to proceed with the matter expeditiously, in accordance with law. The present petition is disposed of accordingly.
