A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed in FIR No.208/2021 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC Police Station Saket to challenge the Order dated 25.09.2021 and further to direct for fair and impartial investigations and for recovery of the robbed articles.

Learned APP for the State for the State submits that Chargesheet already stands filed vide impugned Order dated 25.09.2021. The learned M.M had directed that the Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the Petitioner/Accused be tagged with the Chargesheet as and when to be filed. 3.

It has been informed by the learned Prosecutor that the Chargesheet already stands filed. Any further grievances be agitated before the learned Trial Court. 4.

There is nothing more that survives in the present Petition which is hereby, disposed of.
