Both these applications are allowed and accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with directions to the Registry to release to the respondent the amount of ₹4,00,000/- with interest which was deposited by the appellant. For the needful, list before the Registrar General....;."

Respondent/Sanjay Sharma is present in the court today alongwith learned counsel and has given his statement qua releasing the amount of ₹4,00,000/- alongwith accrued interest to him in terms of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court. He has also been identified by his counsel. 3.
