This writ petition has been filed to assail the order dated 23.01.2018, passed by learned District Magistrate. On, 19.2.2018, notice was issued in the petition.

Counsel for the petitioners had restricted his prayer only to the extent of been accorded time to vacate the subject property. On return of notice, Mr. Surjeet Singh has entered appearance on behalf of respondent/Surat Singh Saini.

To be noted, the petitioners as well as the respondent are present in the court.

Counsels for the petitioners seek three (3) months to vacate the subject property.

The respondent‟s counsel on instructions of the respondent/Surat Singh Saini has agreed to the aforesaid submission. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i) The petitioners will vacate the subject property on or before
19.06.2018.
(ii) The petitioners will file an affidavit undertaking to vacate the subject property on or before 19.06.2018.
(iii) The said affidavit will be filed on or before 9.4.2018. 7.
The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
